I require a wheelchair ticket, will I be able to sit near my friends and family?
All wheelchair tickets will be accompanied by one free of charge companion ticket. If you want to purchase additional tickets for friends and family we will endeavour to seat them next to or as close as possible to the allocated wheelchair space if purchased in the same transaction.
How do I book Blue Badge parking?
Limited Blue Badge parking spaces are available at the stadium. These spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To apply for a space please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, vehicles make, model & registration plus the date of the session that you will be attending.
I will be attending as part of a group including a wheelchair user; does this mean I can only request Pink tickets?
You can still request tickets at any category, wheelchair spaces are priced at the Pink category regardless of their location within the stadium. If your group are interested in other categories we would advise you to apply for these tickets along with the wheelchair space. Where customers have applied for tickets for accompanying family or friends, we will endeavour to seat them next to or as close as possible to the allocated wheelchair space or accessible seat.
I have an assistant/service dog, am I able to bring them with me?
Yes, assistant/service dogs are permitted into the stadium.
Will there be accessible tickets available?
Accessible tickets can be purchased via the call centre on 0333 321 3125 (local call rates apply). Wheelchair tickets will be charged at Pink category pricing and will be accompanied by one free of charge companion ticket. Any additional companion tickets will be charge at full price. Ambulant or special access tickets will also be available via the same number. These tickets will be charged depending on the location around the stadium. Please advise the team of your requirements so that the appropriate seating can be allocated.
Do I need to provide any Proof of Disability when applying for tickets?
Customers purchasing accessible seating or requesting a personal assistant ticket do not need to provide proof of disability.
I am blind/partially sighted. Can I specifically request seats at/near the front of the track?

How do I update my personal details?
You can manage and update your personal details by logging into the ticketing website. Go to “My Account” and “Update Details”. Once the page with your details has loaded, click the EDIT button at the top right hand side to amend any details. You will need to input your password to get access to these details and save any changes.
I can no longer attend the event, can I cancel my tickets and receive a refund?
Tickets for this event are non-refundable however we are happy for you to pass the tickets on to friends or family members to use. Please note that any tickets that appear on secondary ticketing sites for higher than the face value will be automatically cancelled with no refund and access to the event will be denied.

What is the postage charge for UK delivery?
Postage of tickets will be charged at £2.95 for a domestic delivery.
What is the postage charge for international delivery?
Tickets that are needed to be posted Internationally will be charge a £5.25 postage fee.
Why is there a postage fee?
The postage fee covers the delivery cost of your tickets. Your tickets will require a signature on delivery.
When will I get my tickets?
Tickets are currently being dispatched. If you don’t receive your tickets a few days before the event please contact us.
Can my tickets be delivered to an address that is different to my billing address?
All tickets will be delivered by secure post to the billing address on your account prior to ticket dispatch.
How will my tickets be dispatched?
Tickets within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail’s tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. International ticket dispatch is still being finalised and will be confirmed shortly.

Where is the best place to sit?
The London Stadium offers excellent views no matter where your tickets are located however please note that seats towards the back of the upper tier require the purchaser to climb numerous steps to access them. If you are concerned about access to certain areas of the stadium please call the accessibility team on 0333 321 3125.

The top eight nations will be taking part in the event. These are China, France, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Germany, Jamaica, Poland, South Africa and the USA.
When and where is the Athletics World Cup taking place?
The Athletics World Cup is taking place at the London Stadium over the weekend of the 14th and 15th July, 2018
What time does the event start and finish?
Both days are evening sessions and will run from approximately 7pm – 10pm
Are there any concession tickets available?
There are junior tickets available in 3 of the pricing categories – Yellow, Green and Pink. All junior tickets are priced at £10 plus fees. Juniors must be aged 16 years and under as of the event date.
What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices range from £38 – £155 depending on the location within the stadium. There are junior prices available in 3 of the pricing categories – yellow, green & pink. All juniors’ tickets are £10 plus fees.

I live outside of the UK, what exchange rate will be used?
The exchange rate will be the rate currently set on the day payments are processed.
Can I buy tickets as a gift for someone?
The transfer of a ticket in this manner will not contravene the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, providing the payment you receive doesn’t exceed the face value of the ticket and the family member, friend or colleague accepts the Ticketing Terms and Conditions. You may be asked to provide the name and address and any other ID details as required of ticket holders at any time by an official steward or employee of Athletics World Cup or the venue owner or police officer.
Are there booking fees?
All adult tickets purchased for this event will be subject to an 8% booking charge per ticket with a maximum fee of £10 per ticket being applied. All Junior tickets purchased will be subject to an £0.75 booking charge per ticket.
Can I be seated with friends who apply /buy separately?
All seats are assigned automatically and therefore we are unable to make any specific arrangements for multiple accounts to be seated together.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron cards. American Express cards are not accepted.
Can you guarantee that the seats I'm allocated will all be together?
Yes, tickets purchased in a single transaction will all be seated together. If you make more than one transaction for the same day, we cannot guarantee that all seats will be together. PLEASE NOTE ADULT AND JUNIOR TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN THE SAME PRICE CATEGORY TO GUARANTEE SEATS ARE ALLOCATED TOGETHER.
Can I claim back VAT for tickets?
Tickets are intended for personal use only rather than business use. Therefore, it will not be possible to request VAT receipts for any tickets you purchase.

Are there any senior prices?
No, we only offer a concession price for under 16’s.
I've applied to be a volunteer, can I still purchase tickets?
Yes, you are still welcome to purchase tickets. However, if your application to join the volunteers programme is successful, we will not be able to refund tickets that you are unable to use.
Can I give tickets away as a prize in a competition/auction/raffle for my charity/club/business?
Ticket promotions are reserved exclusively for Commercial Stakeholders, so if you purchase tickets you will be unable to use them as prizes. Furthermore, tickets must not be commercialised in any way, nor sold above face value (either through ticket auctions, raffles or otherwise). Full details of these restrictions are included in the Terms and Conditions.

Will I be able to choose the location of my seat?
Due to the nature of the event unfortunately not, you can only select your preferred price category. Seats will be allocated best available on purchase.
Am I able to bring my baby to the event and do they need a ticket?
Babies in arms are allowed in to the stadium. Children aged 18 months or under do not require a ticket as long as they don’t occupy a seat and they can sit on a parent’s lap. Please be aware that there will be limited storage space at the stadium.
When can I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available to purchase from 7am on Tuesday 1st May 2018. All tickets purchased will be first come, first served.
How old do I need to be to purchase tickets?
Applicants must be 16 years of age or over, at the time of application, to purchase tickets. Under 16’s must be accompanied to the event by an adult.
I am a member of the British Athletics Supporters Club (BASC), how can I purchase tickets?
BASC members will be contacted shortly with information on how to purchase tickets.
The ticket category and/or location that I prefer is not available, will additional tickets be released?
We are expecting tickets to sell quickly and we cannot guarantee the location of available seats. Further tickets may be made available at a later date however all seats will be allocated best available. Unfortunately purchasers will be unable to pick specific locations.

What are you doing to stop tickets being sold on secondary ticket sites for prices far greater than advertised?
We are working in conjunction with a number of external agencies to identify any unauthorised resale of tickets. As stated in our Ticketing Terms and Conditions, no one is entitled to resell, trade or otherwise transfer any ticket, except with authorisation from Athletics World Cup. Our Legal team are monitoring all potential known avenues whereby tickets may be made available for sale unlawfully and will take appropriate steps to manage any instance reported to them. Our message to all fans is clear – only buy tickets through official sources. Our terms and conditions are very strict and we reserve the right to refuse entry to the event if tickets have not been purchased through the official channels.
